People ask me why do you have song titles in certain years and show where the DOW closed that year?
People relate to songs!!! I am trying to have people relate to where the DOW finished in that particular year!!

THERE ARE QUALITY STOCKS OUT THERE - THAT HAVE INCREASED THEIR DIVIDEND PAYOUTS EVERY YEAR - FOR MANY YEARS - YIELDING ANYWHERE FROM 5.50% to 3.50 % - SO WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU WANT TO BE IN CASH - THAT PAYS NOTHING!!!!!
People ask me why don't you own stocks like TESLA, TWITTER, NETFLICKS, ECT. - WHY?
Because all of those stocks have evaluations that are too high for the price these stocks are trading currently!!!
THAT'S WHY THE NASDAQ HAS NOT PREFORMED WELL RECENTLY!!!!
THOSE STOCKS ARE GETTING SLAMMED!!!!
THEY SAY IT IS PROFIT TAKING - WELL THAT $$$$ HAS TO GO SOMEWHERE!!!
I'LL TELL YOU WHERE THAT $$$ WENT - INTO THE 10 YEAR TREASURY BONDS!!!
AS THOSE STOCK PRICES WERE FALLING - THE YIELD ON THE 10 YEAR -WENT FROM 2.80% DOWN TO AROUND 2.73%. WHY? TRADERS ARE WAITING TO BUY CERTAIN STOCKS - WHEN THEY THINK THEIR PRICE IS RIGHT!!!
PEOPLE ASK - WHY ARE YOU NOT IN BIO-TECH STOCKS??
Answer - since the middle of 2012 - most of them have gained over 50% in a little over a year and a half!!!!
Those stocks - evaluation wise - just got ahead of themselves!!!

THE LAST 3 WEEKS THE DOW HAS HAD HIGHER HIGHS AND HIGHER LOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you noticed every FRIDAY the market makes new highs by around 10 AM only to fall in the afternoon!! WAIT!!!! WHEN THE FRIDAY COMES WHERE THE DOW OPENS DOWN AND EXPLODES TO THE HIGHS AT THE CLOSE - THAT'S WHEN WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO A DOW 17,800!!!!!!!!
